Central China Real Estate Group (China) Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was established in 1992 by Mr. Hu Baosen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Central China Real Estate Limited. The Company was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) on June 6, 2008 (stock code: 00832.HK) and has the first-class qualification of China's real estate development companies.

Since its establishment, the Company has adhered to the corporate philosophy of “perseverance for excellence” and is determined to contribute to the industrial development and private economy, and the rejuvenation and prosperity of the country. As of December 31, 2018, the Company has established its presence in Henan’s 18 prefecture-level cities and 77 county-level cities, and had completed development projects of about 30.06 million square meters (㎡) for properties sold, owned 123 projects/phases under development with an aggregate gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 24.48 million ㎡, and land reserves with GFA of about 45.15 million ㎡, including equity-owned GFA of about 34.11 million ㎡.  There are 39 newly contracted asset-lite projects, with a contracted capacity of 4.48 million ㎡ (plot ratio area included) and an expected branding cost of 984 million yuan.  So far, the company has signed a total of 110 asset-lite projects with a total capacity of 16.62 million ㎡ (plot ratio area included) and an expected branding cost of 3.5 billion yuan.

On July 8, 2015, the Company was first shortlisted for Fortune (Chinese version) China Top 500 in 2015 and ranked 471 as the only housing company in the province shortlisted;

On November 8, 2015, the Company ranked 17th among "Top 100 Private Enterprises in Henan Province in 2015 for the fifth year in a row. In the sub-index ranking, the company was ranked 17th in the top 100 private enterprises in terms of operating income, 3rd in terms of total assets, 4th in terms of net profit and 2nd in terms of total tax payment. On March 22, 2016, the appraisal results of Chinese listed property developers in 2016 were released. The Company was honored with a 28th ranking on the list of China Top 500 Real Estate Development Enterprises and ranked 1st in the top 10 regional operations for eight consecutive years;

On May 26, 2016, the Appraisal Results of Chinese Listed Property Developers in 2016 was released. The Company ranked 26th on the list of Chinese listed property companies and further ranked 4th as for operations performance of listed real estate companies in China;

On July 13, 2016, the Company was first shortlisted for Fortune (Chinese version) China Top 500 in 2015 and ranked 398, an increase of 73 from the previous year as the only housing company in the province shortlisted;

On September 21, 2016, the evaluation results of the brand value of China's real estate companies were released. Central China Real Estate Group (China) Company Limited was honored with a 28th ranking in the most valuable brands of China's real estate development companies in 2016 and was ranked 23th in the most valuable brands of property management companies;

On November 8, 2016, Henan Federation of Industry and Commerce released the "2016 Top 100 Private Enterprises in Henan Province". Central China Real Estate Group (China) Company Limited ranked 9th on the list, the first of Henan real estate industry;

On March 21, 2018, according to the appraisal results of China's Top 500 Real Estate Enterprises in 2018, the Company was honored with a 41st in the top 500 real estate development enterprises in 2018, and was listed in the top 50 real estate enterprises of China for six consecutive years and the top 10 in regional operations for ten consecutive years.

On March 22, 2018, the 2018 China Real Estate Excellence 100 List was released, and the Company was ranked 57th on the main list "2018 China Real Estate Excellence 100 List".

On May 25, 2018, the Appraisal Results of Chinese Listed Property Developers in 2018 was released. The Company was honored with a 26st ranking in the list of Chinese listed property companies and was further ranked in top 4 operations performance of listed real estate companies in China;

On July 10, 2018, the company was shortlisted for Fortune China Top 500 in 2018, and was the only housing company of the province shortlisted;

On September 18, 2018, the evaluation results of the brand value of China's real estate companies were released.
